Question: i’m using Intel ProSet Wireless (2200BG) to connect to wireless internet in my neighborhood. I’ve never had a?
problem until 2 days ago. It typically just automatically connects to the available networks, and I always connect to the same one. Two days ago, I lost connection and can’t figure out what the issue is. The little balloon icon will appear telling me “Wireless networks are found. Select one below and click Configure to connect”. So I click on my usual network, and it says “connecting” for a minute or so, then it says “Unable to connect to…” The network has not been secured, I have re-booted several times, disabled then enabled the radio and can’t find any info online for this. Anyone? Also, there is a 2nd “backup” network that it typically connects to. Neither one will connect, and neither are locked, so I can’t figure it out??? I have also tried removing each profile, then re-adding and reconfiguring. That doesn’t work either!!! Any help is MUCH appreciated!!
